Chef Tojo, the inventor of California roll, took visiting chef Yui shopping and sampling local produce.

I was amazed at the variety of tomatoes on display!

They were in different size, shape, and color, displayed together in harmony, taste somewhat different, but all delicious! Just like a multicultural mosaic society should be.
